ORGANISATION - Who are we  

CICP is an association of independent professionals with lifetimes of experience in the global E&C industry. Through our Associates we provide consultancy services in the field of conceptual development, contracting strategy, implementation up to beneficial operation of industrial projects in the Hydrocarbons, Chemicals, Power, Environmental, Infrastructure and related industries.

CICP has combined the expertise of its Associates in the form of a Cooperation with restricted liability (Cooperatief U.A., a legal entity under Dutch law) providing a suitable vehicle for independent consultants to combine strengths and operate from a common platform.

Who are our clients 

CICP’s clients are owners and other organizations involved in developing industrial projects, both in the early phases of conceptualization, planning and development as well as in the execution phase. Clients of CICP are active in the following fields:

• oil and gas, refining
• chemicals
• power generation
• environmental,
• infrastructure
• other process industries

CICP provides support to project teams and can function as a sparring partner from initial conception till completion of industrial projects. On an ad hoc basis CICP can also perform “Cold Eye” Reviews to assess existing contracting strategies and implementation plans and to challenge the path forward.

CICP offers the full range of commercial, contracting and project management expertise required for the successful development of a contracting strategy for and the implementation of industrial projects; an expertise hardly matched in the consultancy business. CICP works exclusively with Associates who have track records of decades of hands-on experience in management functions in or related to the E&C industry.
